Terms of Service

1. Who we are

whipshipper.com is operated by Interstate Auto Shipping LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us”), an FMCSA-authorized property broker. “Whipshipper, by Road Rescue Network” is our trade name. By using this site or our broker services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Broker role, not carrier

We are a property broker, not a motor carrier. We arrange vehicle transport between you (the shipper) and an authorized motor carrier. The motor carrier executes the physical transport under its own operating authority and insurance. We do not own, operate, or directly control transport equipment.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes displayed on whipshipper.com are estimates based on live lane data and 30-day carrier averages. The final dispatch rate is confirmed in writing before any carrier is assigned. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing reflects standard open or enclosed transport for the listed vehicle type; oversized, inoperable, modified, or high-value vehicles may require an adjusted rate.

4. Booking and cancellation

A shipment is considered booked when you accept the dispatch-ready quote in writing or via the booking flow on the site. A deposit may apply at booking and is refundable up until a carrier has been dispatched to your shipment. After dispatch, the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover dispatch fees. Full transport price is payable to the assigned carrier on delivery unless otherwise agreed.

5. Insurance and claims

The assigned motor carrier maintains active cargo insurance covering loss and damage during transport. We will not dispatch a carrier whose authority or insurance is not active at the time of dispatch. Damage claims are made against the carrier’s insurance and must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery. We will assist in claims coordination but are not the carrier of record for cargo liability.

6. Shipper responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle details (year, make, model, condition, modifications).
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible for pickup at the address provided.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle. Carriers may refuse loaded vehicles or charge a household-goods fee.
• Be reachable for pickup and delivery coordination.

7. Limits on our liability

As a broker, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transport; that liability is the carrier’s. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our brokerage services is limited to the brokerage fee paid to us for the shipment in question.

8. Interstate Auto Transport rebrand

Interstate Auto Transport is the legacy trade name of Interstate Auto Shipping LLC. All existing customer agreements under that brand remain valid and are now fulfilled under the Whipshipper, by Road Rescue Network brand by the same legal entity.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
